Whether you have been active in the past and want to get fit again, or your fitness has plateaued and you need something new or you want to look amazing for an upcoming event, this 6 week program will show your body just what it is capable of.

Initial physiotherapy screening
Exercise and diet plan to follow outside of the gym
Ongoing support and motivation
Pre and post program photographs to see just how far you have come

Flexible personal training packages
For those individuals who prefer more time and less structure, we also sell blocks of 10 or 20 sessions to use in your own time to suit you.
You may not have a specific goal but just want to make some healthy changes by taking time out of the office to do some exercise.
