Rich started training with Tim and Evolution of Man to put on muscle mass but it quickly became apparent that before any real progress could be made we needed to fix his shoulder impingement problems and the postural issues that were hindering the progress he had currently been making in the gym. As an already avid gym goer Rich's standard program of chest and back had really been working against him in the pursuit of a more muscular and well rounded physique. His other main goals was to bench press over 100kg

Achievements

Rich's shoulder problems are now behind us and he hit a 115kg bench press as well as a 166kg deadlift to show his lower body progress as well. As with so many goals they changed as we moved forward and apart from the increase in weight which we achieved the biggest achievement has been a more rounded athletic body with no more pain to slow his progress.
